The White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Black Americans has been working to ensure educational equity and economic opportunity for every African American, despite the Supreme Court’s overturning of affirmative action, and the future of the program is left up to the next administration.

Her communications expertise helped fuel criminal legal system policy change while managing outreach and engagement for several national organizations in Washington, D.C.
