Mallory will succeed Peggy Jeffers, who is retiring after 35 years of dedicated service leading the association.

Mallory has over 10 years of experience leading trade associations, having served as the CEO of the (DCBIA) for over seven years, where she led the organization to its highest membership and engagement levels since its inception, and most recently as the CEO of the (NAHSE). She also has experience working in District government, previously serving as the head of the D.C. Department of Employment Services.

The newly named CEO expressed gratitude and excitement as she prepares to enter into the new role.
